Poetry Submission Guidelines

Poetry submissions to AllMyPoems.com are free and accepted poetry will be added to our site on a weekly basis. AllMyPoems.com only excepts original family oriented works from the author. By submitting poetry to AllMyPoems.com you acknowledge that you are the author and have the rights to submit that poem for publication.

• Please be sure to edit your poetry including capitolization and punctuation. All poems will be published as submitted.



• By submitting your poetry you authorize us to publish your work on our site, republish your work in any internet based forum, news letter or advertisment related to our site.



• WE RESERVE THE RIGHT to decline the publishing of any poetry submitted for any reason. Profanity, vulgarity, pornography or extreme lack of quality are all potential reasons why your poem may be declined.



• Poetry will be published with a By line and a single link to an external web-page. We reserve the right to refuse to link to any page that has inappropriate material on it.



• Poetry submissions that are plagiarized or in violation of another author's copyright will be removed. Read the section below for more information on our copyright policy.

Copyright Violations

Our policy prohibits the use of copyrighted material in a manner that violates the owner's rights. This means that authors should only submit their own original written work to which they have natural copyright. In any case of copyright dispute poetry will be immediately removed until said dispute is settled in a legal manner.

Actions to Take in the Event of Copyright Violation

Settling copyright issues resides with the authors who submit to our site, not with us. As a consequence, we have no legal standing to enforce copyright on behalf of authors. However, if you find a poem on our site that is in violation of your copyright then notify us and we will immediately remove that poem from display until said copyright issues are resolved appropriately.
